punk rock is not dead… but lacks freedom of speach.
“Be your own pet”. A band on Universal records comprised of some 20 year old kids singing about punk rock things on a major label. Ok an oxymoron I know. Real punk rockers aren’t on major labels, they live in a van. Anyway… “Uni” censored their new records by not releasing some songs on it, deaming the songs to be too violent. Interesting. The songs/band aren’t that great to begin with. A for effort but I’m going to go listen to some Misfits followed up by some Aus Rotten. I want my punk un-universal thank you.
